Unfortunately, we cannot change placed orders. You do have a 14-day return period for online purchases. Please note: a €37 processing fee applies to returns, and the original shipping costs are non-refundable. For changes or cancellations within this period, please contact us here .

We don't offer an immediate exchange service, but you are legally entitled to a 14-day return period for online purchases. Within this period, you can return items without giving a reason. For a different size or color, simply place a new order and return the original item. Any discounts will be retained if you reorder the same model. A full refund will be issued upon receipt at our warehouse.
